redesigned site

I redesigned this site yet again. This design better supports the hosting of miscellaneous images & files (the original purpose of this site), but can also serve as a weblog with written content. Individual files will be indexed so that they can be searched, but no images will appear on the site. It seems that I keep coming back to the same plain format (no pictures, small fonts, limited colors), so hopefully this time around this design will stick.
