New York Times workaround

Have you ever clicked on a link to a New York Times article, only to be taken to the login page?

Here’s a trick: copy the link (right-click, copy link shortcut) and dump it into Google. Then access the page by clicking on the google link. For some reason, it won’t take you to the signup screen.
