Burger King’s Ugoff campaign
Posted 4 years, 7 months ago - 6 comments
Can someone please tell me what’s going on over at Burger King’s Ad agency?
First they came out with the Subservient Chicken online campaign/meme, which was hugely popular. Now there’s the House of Ugoff TV campaign which directs people to the bizarre ugoff.com site. All this in the name of selling salads.
I’m not sure if this TV-to-online memespawning marketing approach is paying off in terms of sales, but it sure is interesting, and for the most part entertaining…

Ok first, is this the most annoyoing catch phrase ever? “Please I am Ugoff” Hmmmmmm. Lets not forget the imfamous “where’s the beef” campaign, or the “you are the weakest link” fiasco. Still, this one is pretty bad. Also, did you notice that if you go into the Ugoff on style section they are actually linking to sites that are selling handbags?
update: Advertising agency is Crispin Porter + Bogusky
you guys suck! i think ugoff is way funny!
Ugoff is the best new commercial out there. Think of the old boring commercials that are out there for Wendy’s and McDonalds with the kid with the fatning meal and the stupid toy. Then think of UGOFF. It’s selling me and I don’t even like Burger King or salads. Plus, you shouldn’t be talking bad about him. You’ll get what the kangeroo got. Do you have any idea who he is? HE IS UGOFF!
I love UGOFF. hes me all time hero. dont be hatein! please……..he is UGOFF!!!
I LOOOOOOOVW UGOF!!!! He is the best and he puts the rest of the other fast food ads to SHAME!! They should all bow down and kiss Ugoff’s feet and anyother body parts Ugoff wants!!
