Snap.com visual search

Snap.com is a visual search engine with a cool interface. While the search results aren’t as good as Google, the added advantage is tha ability to see a screenshot of a site before you visit it.

I think this is a refreshingly new and interesting approach to search information display. If they could get the quality of their results up to par, I think (at least conceptually) they have a real cool product on their hands that yoru average folks would readily adopt.

I just tried Snap.com recently. I thought it was neat, but the interface didn’t “snap” for me, it felt sluggish.
